Tatton Recruitment Group completes management buyout of RGF Staffing UK

Effective 22nd July 2025, Tatton Recruitment Group is pleased to announce the successful management buyout of RGF Staffing UK, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and strategic direction.

Matt Yeates, Andrew Pilkington, and Chris Gillespie led the buyout, which was fully supported by key stakeholders at RGF Staffing B.V., including Han Oey, Michael Whitmer, and Dirk Veerman.

RGF Staffing UK will rebrand under the Tatton Recruitment Group name as part of the transition. The newly appointed Board of Directors includes:

• Matt Yeates, Managing Director
• Andrew Pilkington, Finance Director
• Chris Gillespie, Operations Director

Importantly, the group’s well-established recruitment brands, Certain Advantage and Crone Corkill, will continue to operate under their existing names, delivering the same high-quality service clients and candidates have come to expect. These brands will be supported by:

• Abby Jordan, Director - Crone Corkill (London)
• Mike Graham, Associate Director - Certain Advantage (Manchester)
• Jackie MacGregor, Associate Director - Certain Advantage (Glasgow)

This transition reflects a renewed focus on people-first recruitment, long-term partnerships, and operational excellence. The leadership team is committed to building on the strong foundations laid by RGF Staffing UK, while embracing new opportunities for innovation and growth.
