Chief Executive Officer

 Matt began his career in Private Equity with KPMG before moving into Corporate Finance including time with EY in their advisory team.  

His industry experience is broad, including time with Bestway Retail as Head of Commercial Finance and THG as Commercial Finance Director.   

As co-founder of Tatton Recruitment Group, Matt plays an integral role in driving the company’s journey forward, working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional growth through transformation, best practice, and positive leadership.

When not at work, Matt’s committed to his marathon training, balanced nicely with his other passion for eating out around Manchester’s foodie hot spots.    

Chief Financial Officer

A CIMA qualified financial leader with over 30 years of experience, Andrew brings deep expertise and strategic insight to the Group. His most recent role as Finance Director in the renewable energy sector saw him lead the integration of acquisitions, strengthen financial controls, and build robust reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

Andrew oversees all aspects of the finance function, including payroll, credit control, financial analysis, and compliance. Supported by a strong and capable team, he is committed to enhancing the relationship between finance and the wider business, ensuring alignment and transparency across all departments.

Locally based, Andrew walks to the office daily to keep active and maintain his step count. A lifelong Manchester United supporter, he’s proudly held a season ticket for over 30 years, though not everyone agrees that’s something to brag about!

Chief Information Risk Officer

Chris is a seasoned leader with 23 years of experience in senior roles in technology, operations, and finance. 

He has worked across diverse sectors such as Staffing, E-Commerce, Retail, Food Service, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Currently leading Operations, Chris drives transformation, service excellence, and data-led decision-making. 

Previously, as Head of Digital at RGF Staffing UK, he led global initiatives across multiple regions on transformation projects.

Known for his considered, analytical approach and ability to connect the dots between people, process, and performance, Chris is passionate about building cultures where innovation and accountability go hand in hand.

Chief Growth Officer

Ash’s career began in the dynamic world of experiential marketing, where he specialised in delivering memorable brand activations at live events, working with global brands including Coca-Cola, Nando's, and Nike. His transition into digital marketing allowed him to hone his expertise in developing impactful digital strategies.

He went on to launch and run his own agency, which he successfully exited in 2016, before moving into senior leadership roles across healthcare and education staffing.

This journey shaped Ash’s ability to connect with people, build high-performing teams, and lead through change with clarity and composure. Over time, he has come to see himself as a fixer: someone who steps into businesses, identifies what’s not working, and builds something better.

Commercially minded and operations-first, Ash brings a strong belief in fairness and discipline to everything he does. His work consistently sits at the intersection of strategy, people, and delivery. 

From business turnarounds to scaling during COVID, he has seen first-hand how clarity and culture drive long-term success.

Ash’s achievements have been recognised with the national SME Award for Business Innovation and the Director of the Year Award from the Institute of Directors.

Today, Ash splits his time between two roles at Tatton Recruitment Group: Managing Director of Healthii People and Chief Growth Officer. He works closely with multiple talented teams who care deeply about their work and the people they serve. Two hats, but the same focus; people, purpose, and progress.

People & Culture Director

Jamie is responsible for shaping and delivering our people strategy. His remit includes Learning and Development, colleague engagement, wellbeing, EDI, and employee relations. With the support of the wider team, he brings energy and focus to every aspect of his role.

Jamie’s background in operations before moving into HR gives him a unique, practical perspective on how to implement change and drive business improvement in a way that brings people along on the journey.

 Jamie is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified and accredited Coach, underlining his commitment to professional excellence.

Despite claiming to be petrified of heights, Jamie has some impressive stories to tell, from hot air balloon rides to standing on a glass observation deck 100 stories up, and even riding the UK’s highest cable car. We’re not entirely convinced by his fear of heights, but we admire the adventurous spirit!

Director - Crone Corkill 

London

Abby celebrates an incredible milestone this year, having been with our Crone Corkill business for 20 years. Over the past two decades, she has built a successful recruitment career within the business, growing into a leadership role where she now oversees the entire Crone Corkill team and sits on the Senior Leadership Team of Tatton Recruitment Group.

When Abby first joined, she specialised in secretarial recruitment, placing some of the fastest typists and most polished receptionists across the City and West End. Since then, both Abby and the business have evolved significantly.

Today, Crone Corkill is a modern, people-first recruitment brand that reflects the changing needs of London’s business landscape. Under Abby’s leadership, the company has expanded its core offering, pairing Business Support with HR, Marketing, IT, and Finance recruitment. 

This strategic growth has been one of Abby’s proudest achievements, ensuring clients receive the same trusted service across all key central functions.

Abby remains a hands-on leader who thrives on building relationships. She continues to meet clients and candidates, champion new ideas, and drive initiatives that strengthen Crone Corkill’s presence and impact across the city.

Associate Director - Crone Corkill

 Faye joined Crone Corkill in September 2023 as an Associate Director, overseeing the Professional Services and IT teams.

She brings over twenty years of experience in the recruitment field, having begun her career in not-for-profit recruitment and building a path that has led her to where she is today.

Faye leads the Professional Services (HR, Finance, and Marketing) and IT teams. With her extensive background, she is dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities and helping businesses thrive in these critical sectors.

Outside of work, Faye is a proud parent of three wonderful children and an avid traveler. Thailand holds a special place in her heart, and Cambodia is next on her list of travel destinations.

A passionate animal lover, Faye was fortunate enough to volunteer at an elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai.

She is always eager to connect and explore how she can support professionals in achieving their career goals or help organizations find the perfect people for their teams!

Associate Director - Certain Advantage 

Manchester

With over 15 years of experience recruiting in the energy sector, Mike has worked with some of the world’s leading energy companies. From setting up branches across Africa to partnering with major energy names in the UK, he brings a wealth of global experience and a positive, can-do attitude to the team.

Based in Manchester, Mike heads up our Certain Advantage brand, working closely with consultants and the wider team to grow our Engineering offering. His focus is on supporting green energy companies across Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, and Nuclear sectors throughout the UK and Europe.

Mike is passionate about giving back. As a Trustee of Stevie Stones Charity, he’s regularly involved in fundraising challenges, from climbing peaks to completing coast to coast treks.

Before his recruitment career, Mike was a Rugby League player in his teenage years, representing Widnes Vikings and Warrington Wolves, a competitive spirit that still drives his leadership today.

Associate Director - Certain Advantage 

Glasgow

With over two decades of experience in HR and legal recruitment across Scotland’s central belt, Jackie brings deep industry knowledge and a people-first approach to her role. Based in Glasgow, she leads our Certain Advantage brand in Scotland, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise.

Jackie’s journey into recruitment began unexpectedly, during a temping role at a building society. It was the energy and professionalism of the recruitment team that sparked her interest and set her on a path that’s spanned business support, HR, and legal recruitment.

For the past decade, Jackie has been a key figure in the professional services recruitment space. She balances leadership responsibilities with managing her own desk, consistently delivering commercial solutions in a people-driven industry. Her ability to build trust and deliver value has earned her long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.

Jackie believes in the power of face-to-face interactions. She prefers a relaxed coffee chat over a formal pitch, using these moments to understand the market, offer practical advice, and uncover recruitment challenges she can help solve.

Outside of work, Jackie is a qualified tap dance teacher with a love for music, live performances, and musical theatre. She’s also an avid traveller, with New York and Budapest among her favourite destinations.

Jackie’s extensive experience, approachable style, and vibrant interests make her a valued leader within the team and a trusted partner to those she works with.
