Andrew oversees all aspects of the finance function, including payroll, credit control, financial analysis, and compliance. She balances leadership responsibilities with managing her own desk, consistently delivering commercial solutions in a people-driven industry. Her ability to build trust and deliver value has earned her long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Jackie believes in the power of face-to-face interactions. She prefers a relaxed coffee chat over a formal pitch, using these moments to understand the market, offer practical advice, and uncover recruitment challenges she can help solve.
